💕 About Emberlight Haven

Emberlight Haven was born from heartbreak and healing — a light that grew out of loss. After losing my husband, Scott, the one who could fix anything except the ache that followed, I turned to creating as a way to keep breathing. Along the way, I discovered a passion I never knew I had — learning Reiki, exploring spiritual connection, and crafting candles, soaps, and self-care rituals that soothed my soul. What started as simple moments of self-soothing became something more — a way not only to help in the healing process, and to bring comfort to others who need it too.
Every you see here is designed with intention and love — a reminder that even through the darkest nights, the light always finds its way back.

I’m now a certified Reiki practitioner, and it’s my hope that everything I create brings a little light and comfort to whoever needs it.

Q: What is the Lotus BloomBox Series?
A: It’s a soul-guided self-care experience delivered in beautifully curated ritual boxes called Petals. Each Petal is designed to help you heal, release, and grow — emotionally, energetically, and spiritually — using tools like crystals, candles, bath soaks, and sacred rituals.

Q: Do I have to subscribe?
A: No! You can choose what works for you.

Q: Can I start with any Petal?
A: Everyone begins with Petal One: Breathe — this is an intentional journey designed to unfold in layers. Future Petals build upon the energy of the last, creating a cohesive path of transformation.

Q: What kind of items are included in each box?
A: Each Petal includes a blend of ritual tools and healing products. These may include:

  • Crystals, candles, oils, and bath rituals

  • Journals, affirmations, intention cards

  • Spell jar elements, wax seals, and sacred keepsakes

  • And of course, surprises!!

Q: Is this a subscription box like others?
A: Nope — this is a journey, not just a surprise box. It’s designed to feel intentional, healing, and energetically aligned with what your soul needs most.

Q: Will I be able to choose a Petal that fits what I’m going through?
A: Eventually, yes! Once the full BloomBox library is developed, you’ll be able to choose Petals based on emotional or energetic themes like grief, confidence, clarity, love, and more. Until then, we start together at the beginning.

Q: Can I gift a BloomBox to someone else?
A: Yes! You can gift a single Petal or a full subscription. Just choose “Gift this Box” at checkout and add a personal note if you'd like one included.  Add-ons are available for deeper support like Love Embers Activations or Soul Mapping extras


Q: Do you offer readings or energy healing sessions?

A: Yes! Emberlight Haven offers Reiki sessions, card readings, and intuitive guidance sessions. You can view available services and book directly through the Services page.

Q: Are you a licensed therapist or medical practitioner?

A: Ashley is Licensed in Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Ryoho II, but is not a medical practitioner.  While all offerings are created with care and intention, they are for spiritual and personal growth only and are not a replacement for medical, legal, or psychological care. Q: Can I request a custom ritual item or Essence Ember?

A: Absolutely! Emberlight Haven offers custom ritual creations upon request. Fill out the contact form or email for a personalized consultation.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: At this time, Emberlight Haven ships within the U.S. only. International shipping may be available in the future!

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

A: Orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Custom or pre-order items may take a bit longer — timeframes will be noted at checkout.

Q: When can I get a Lunar Reading?
🌓 Lunar Readings are only offered on the New Moon and Full Moon each month. You’ll choose your preferred moon phase when ordering. 

Q: What kind of Moonwater can I order?
🌙 You’ve got options:

  • Add-On Moonwater – Purchase with your reading and receive a bottle charged under that specific moon.

  • Boutique Moonwater – Buy individual bottles anytime from the store.

  • Moonwater Manifest Bundle – DIY kit with everything you need to create your own sacred moonwater at home, including herbs, crystals, and step-by-step instructions.

✨ All Moonwater is:

  • Labeled with the moon phase it was made under (e.g., New Moon in Cancer 🌑♋)

  • Noted if made during special moons like eclipses, Blue Moons, Strawberry Moons, etc.

  • Blessed and charged with intention—sacred water doesn’t expire.

Q: What can I do with Moonwater?
